In Year 2023, We have launched a Software-Portal called “Bridge Doctor” which serves as the Remote Technical Support tool for Bridge Equipment uniquely. We will be launching a similar kind of Software Portal, “Hello Hydraulics,” for Deck machinery, including Cranes and hydraulics, in the Year 2024.

We provide Remote Technical support for all Bridge equipment as of now. Our Technical experts are well Trained for most of the Makers and Models of the below equipment. Radar, Ecdis, Mfhf, vhf, Echosounder, Speedlog, Ais, Gps, Vdr, Autopilot, Gyro-Compass, Navtex, Weatherfax
We have a dedicated Team for doing Remote Troubleshooting of Ship Crane and Hydraulics issues through Remote Support. If the issues onboard are not resolved through Remote Service assistance then we arrange for Service Engineers onboard with required spares at major Ports.

Our Magnetic Compass expert can do Remote Calibration and Adjustment of Magnetic compass with help of ship staffs onboard. Once the Calibration is done within an acceptable limit we issue a Deviation Card certificate
We can arrange for GMDSS Radio Survey & VDR APT for almost all CLASS and Makers.
Our engineers can do Repairs and Calibration of UTI, Gas Detectors, Fixed and portable Gas Detection Systems, OWS & ODME
